Can you hide Ps4 from the Fritzbox?

Is there any way how you can hide your Ps4 from the Fritzbox, for example renaming the name of the ps4 to something else or something so that it is not displayed in the home network as "Ps4". Or there's an option in the Ps4 settings that Not to send IP or Mac address to the router?
