Can I get 140 FPS with a 144hz monitor (Full HD resolution) on the PS5?

I would like to buy a 144hz monitor for the PS5, but the monitor only has Full HD resolution, can I still get my 140 FPS or does the monitor also have to support 4k?

You get 120 denying the maximum

but make sure that the monitor can do that via HDMI, for example, I have one that can only do this via display port and has a maximum of 60hz on HDMI

You get as many fps as is specified for the respective game, in most cases that would be 60.

It is possible with 120 fps on full HD but it is also a good experience with 60;)

It would be stupid if you did it because the Ps5 will only really get 120 fps in a few games and you are not so well served at 60fps on a 144hz monitor
