Set the monitor correctly?

I have a new monitor that I use on the Ps5, and to be honest, I'm overwhelmed with the setting. I have now tried to adjust everything for almost 2 hours but I'm just not satisfied and don't know exactly what everything means. Maybe someone can help me.

There are test images on the Internet that you can use to check whether your monitor is set correctly. Spontaneously, however, I would say that the contrast should be around 90, the brightness around 50 and the black value should be 0. And maybe try gamma 1 instead of gamma 2.

Thanks I'll try that later. Unfortunately, it is difficult to get into the browser on the ps5 😅

And all the modes that I can turn on or off? Does that make sense as I have it?
