Hi
I thought that I wanted to bring my mother a little bit into the topic of gaming and decided that she should play a game.
So she knows nothing about anything.
It is important for me that the game has a story and very important cut scenes.
Because such games as strategy games, brain games, jump and run games, construction games and so on will make you very bored.
It is important that the game is easy to play and that it would be playable on PS4 as it would be easier for you to watch it on TV and control it on a controller.
I thought about The Last of Us or Heavy Rain because it is very emotional and there are cut scenes.
Maybe you know others?
So I would suggest Left for Dead or Resident Evil.
But seriously, nobody can tell you that here. I don't think anyone here on Girlfriend knows your mother better than you do. You could also deduce something from the films or series she likes to watch.
A story-heavy game with little gameplay like Beyond Two Souls or Detroit become Human or even some horror with Until Dawn is definitely good. You can watch a lot and don't have to give much input, but you can influence the story yourself.
Otherwise party games. Fall Guys is coming soon and is part of PS +. Is not a local co-op as far as I could see, but a round is always very short and you can take turns.
Firewatch would still be a game that is strong on the story but also offers gameplay.
Overcooked and this new moving game from the same developer are very funny and go locally in the co-op.
Rayman Legends also works in co-op, but can also be very difficult.
And isn't there a dance game and a singing star on PS4?
Yes, that's right, but it is also important to me how the game itself is structured and with controls, etc., because what does it bring to a good game where it is not clear what it should do D
So what always goes down well with a lot of mothers is games like Mario Party or something. Unfortunately, this is not available on Playstation. Or maybe a tennis game like Virtua Tennis could be fun. I think she would be more happy if she could play it with you.
She can actually play anything. The main thing is that she enjoys it!
But I would stay away from faster games with complicated controls.
For a short time I thought of Death Stranding, but then I found the controls too complicated and there are some more demanding fights that would probably not be for your mother.
No Man's Sky is relatively cheap for the PS4 and it is relatively quiet. Only the beginning is really complicated because there's no proper introduction and it really goes through all the farming. But in any case, a lot has happened through updates.
Honestly? It is relatively difficult for me to name good titles that may not be aimed at children, but offer simple and easy-to-learn controls without much stress.
Hm good question…
I think Nier automata is very good, but I don't know if your mother can handle the controls. However, in the easy mode there's an auto mode in which the character dodges without action so that you can simply play the story. However, the synchro is not available in German but only in English with German subtitles, I don't know how good your mother is in English.
Otherwise, maybe Detroit become human. The game is heavily based on the decisions the player makes and is very story-heavy. But sometimes you have to press the buttons fast enough at quick time events ^^. The game is now also in German.
Portal 2 spontaneously occurs to me, the story is solioee, and the humor nice black.
