I would very much like to join a server where I can play GTA Roleplay on the Playstation. I know that the whole thing somehow goes through Discord, but I don't know how or which one to join. I would also like to know how to get into the Roleplay Server on the Playstation.
PS4 does not work, only PC.
Discord is not available for the Playstation - that's why you can't go directly from your Playstation to the server.
To do this, you have to install http://discord.com on your laptop / mobile phone and create an account. The next step is to find a suitable server.
For this purpose, there are server lists such as top.gg/servers or disboard.org on which you can find suitable servers with your search term and join them with a link. Everything else can be found explained on the respective server.
However, the whole thing is more of a mediation platform than a roleplay server. (I don't really know about GTA either)

Since you can't use third-party lobbies on the PS4, the only option left is an official game server.
You will look for a corresponding roleplay server on e.g., as you already mentioned, Discord - and everything then just runs as a role-playing game on the official servers - but possibly in friend lobbies.
No plan, however, how exactly it works, as I'm not interested in it
Unfortunately, you can currently only join a GTA-RP server via a PC, as PlayStation / XBox unfortunately do not support third-party software. In general, I recommend switching to a PC, it is more pleasant, then you are not always so limited.
