Moin I've been thinking for a long time to get the playstation logo tattooed but what about the copyrights of the tattoo artist?
So I have a PS tatoo, Sony has not yet sued me
Actually, Sony already has the copyright on the logo, it probably is Sony but no matter if you can tattoo the logo.
The logo is in any case protected as A) trademark, and perhaps still as B) (art) work within the meaning of UrhG https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/...g/__2.html.
To A): The stinging of a tattoo and the wearing of a Tattpps is not a trademarked use of a protected trademark, therefore, therefore permissible. See trademark law https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/.../__14.html.
To B): The Copyright Act gives a right to https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/.../__53.html. That should be the case with you - if not necessarily with the engraver of the tattoo, which you do not care ;-).
