Delete Sims 4 PS4 tattoo?

I have the game new and I'm currently creating it on PS4. I want to delete a tattoo. How does it work with the controller. I can just change the color somehow.

So I do not know how it is with the Ps4, but maybe it is something like the PC. Here you open the cheat bar and enter: (without the quotes) "cas.fulleditmode"

Then you tap (on the PC) with Shift pressed on the Sim and then on "Create SIM in".

So as I said, I'm not familiar with the Ps4, but if you know how to activate it, it might help you.
