Why is the Terraria 1.4 update for the PS4 not yet available?

I have Terraria for the PS4, the update has been officially there for some time.

But the update just doesn't appear on my console.

It's not because of the internet & storage space; if I go to "Check for updates" it says that there are no new updates.

Because until now the update is only for the PC outside. A release date for other versions is not yet known.
