My psn account was hacked today and the hacker changed my password and email address. I then called psn support directly and they said that it could take 1 to 2 working days until I got a response from whom someone of you has one I know how long it really takes on average, have no patience for something like that, thanks in advance.

1 to 2 business days is quite true. The whole thing has to be checked for authenticity, because otherwise everyone could call and say that any account with a lot of value belongs to him.
