Shingled Magnetic Recording (SMR), Drive Managed SMR
Not much. You have probably taken a 4TB 2.5 inch HDD. The big problem of those is SMR. This makes the HDD, when it is being written to, almost infinitely slow to read.
So no, you shouldn't use it.
With 2TB you should e.g. Use these here: https://geizhals.de/...at&hloc=de
This is a 1 TB hard drive. I currently have a 400gb hdd installed
2.5 inches, maximum 9.5mm height (so my memory), then that fits.
The description doesn't say much, 6Gb / s is always just the SATA bandwidth, but not the actual speed.
What does smr mean?
Shielded magnetic recording or something.
Still suitable for servers. Not at all for normal PCs / consoles.

Is this one ok too?
SATA III 6Gb / s
2.5 "(about 6.35cm)
8MB cache

Say the name…
The mark?
The full name of the hard drive…
