Use App Store credit for the PS4?

I received an App Store code that I would like to redeem. Unfortunately I don't really find a use for it and thought that I can use it for the PS4. However, exchanges are not possible, the code can't be entered on the PS4, the code can't be entered in the Playstation app or the like. Does anyone have any idea what could be done or whether it can even work?

Why should Sony redeem Apple coupons? That's the way it is, whether you want a free bread from the bakery with the full bonus booklet from the kebab shop.

Just ask around if you know someone who will buy the voucher code from you - at a discount - or exchange it for a voucher from Sony.
