I haven't touched my Playstation 4 lately and wanted to use it again to play a little bit there. And at first glance everything is normal too. Console on, controller on, select profile, select game. The controller always works perfectly. But whenever the game is open and I'm standing in front of the game's start screen (where it says "press x to continue") suddenly nothing works anymore. But I can still get out of the game with the PS logo and then close the game there, go to the menu, go to the settings, everything.
If someone has understood the drivel on my part and has advice, I would be very grateful for an answer.

Which game is it
No matter which. GTA 5, Battlefield, Far Cry. No matter which game I start, I only get out of the game, but the controller doesn't work at all in the game
