Recently played The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt on ps4 and it has become my favorite game. Now I'm considering reading the books. Does anyone have experience with the books and can someone recommend them to me? Would like to know your opinion on the books, whether they are good, exciting, etc. ^^
Which is definitely recommended. After all, CD Projekt Red has developed three games based on it. So the books can't be bad, can they?
The books are great, absolutely recommendable. I don't actually read fantasy, but the show is just divine!
Above all, you see some things in the game a little differently when small things are mentioned that just seem random without the books, but suddenly get meaning with the books!
Me and my friend, who also read the books, often sat there and had aha moments.
That's what I was hoping to hear. Thanks to you, I will start reading my second voluntary book and others.
Does the sword of prophecy also belong to that series? Should you read it if you want to read it in the correct order or can you skip it?
The first three books are short story volumes. A lot is explained, but the main series is important. But I would read all of them. The first three books are mainly Geralt Yennefer backstory.
