Time stopped at the Witcher 3 - bug?

For me the time stopped at The Witcher 3 on the PlayStation. The clock is at 00:02 all the time, I can't meditate. In Corvo Bianco I can go to bed, sleep, I also get the bonuses but the clock does not go on. And I can't meditate. It is absolutely annoying. I restarted the game several times, ended some quests in the hope that it would help, changed the main quest, I made several quick trips, restarted the PS4, played other games and left the witcher completely alone for two days. It really upsets me because I can't get any further. Anyone have an idea?

Some quests require you to play at a specific time. During such quests, it is normal that the time stops and you can't meditate. Are you sure you don't have such a quest active right now? Since you mention Blood and Wine, the quest in which you ride to the winery with Queen Henrietta should be such a quest.

As I said, I changed the quest (also the main quest) several times. Unfortunately, nothing brings anything.
