My psn acc was blocked yesterday. The email address on it is defective in some way (I created it many years ago at aol and at some point I couldn't receive any more emails and it can no longer be found at aol). Now when I log in to psn, I'm told that my account has been blocked due to too many login attempts and that I have to change my pw. Unfortunately, this does not work with the defective email. Is there any way to change the email, even if the account is blocked? Can sony support help me? I know myself that it was stupid not to simply transfer the email, but another acc was already running over the new email.
Only the support can help you, they are there for such problems. Changing emails on ps4 would also be a wish for me without having to call support. Lg.
