I have a playstation 4 Pro and I don't know the email address but the password and if I want a new password it says I have to enter my date of birth but I just entered any date of birth because I don't feel like writing my real age.
Ps: I have to have my date of birth which I wrote down for the playstation but I don't remember it.
If you do not know all of your data, then you are unlucky and can no longer get in there. There's no way you can prove it's your account.
you have to create a new one.
If you have activated 2FA, you can also use it to reset your password. If not, you have no choice but to contact Sony support.
