Would like to connect my PS4 controller via USB cable s.den Pc, but that is not.
I've already tested it on DS4Windows but unfortunately no success.
Bluetooth does not have my PC unfortunately.
Is there any other 3rd party programs, via which you can connect the controller to the PC?
It is actually quite easy.
The use of the PS4 controller on the PC will actually not be usable in many games or only with limited use. (or with lots of mistakes)
The reason: Microsoft uses the Xinput interface on Windows to use game controllers. Most games therefore require a Xinput-compatible controller, such as the controller of the Xbox One / Xbox 360. Sony does not officially support Xinput, which is why the controller can't be used in games such as FIFA 19. But that's not bad. There are some programs that can help out there. The best is probably in my experience → https://github.com/.../releases/. It flips Windows that the connected controller is an Xbox gamepad.
The program "DS4Windows" should now recognize the connected controller and on the tab "Controller" you can now see under "ID" if the controller is connected. Then you could even under the setting if necessary change the key assignment. But usually the default should be good.
If you still use Win7, then you need this program → https://www.microsoft.com/...or-windows" class="text-primary">https://www.microsoft.com/...or-windows. https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/de-de/d/xbox-360-controller-for-windows On Win 10 / 8.1 the necessary drivers would already be available.
I can try it again, but I've been working on it all evening. What surprised me, that my friend, with another program called Scp.server works great in every game, but with me no program. At that time, everything was still wonderful with my PS3 controller and a program capped.
Sounds funny.
Earlier I did some research and it was written that the PS4 controllers are easier to use than the PS3. Should probably have been a cramp in the 3.
In any case, you should also check that all drivers are up-to-date. Even my XBOX One controller is on the go, if I do not have the drivers up to date…
I tried it again. Unfortunately still no success.
