PS5 controller not working on the PC?

Evening, I ordered a PS5 controller and many games like Fifa etc. Run without any problems on this controller.

But now I wanted to play warzone but it didn't work. I installed the program ds4windows or tried out the X360ce xbox controller software.

In the software X36ce my controller is recognized in ds4 Windows but not. Regardless of whether Bluetooth or cable. Then I put the X360ce software in the Warzone folder, but I could not use my controller in Warzone even though 1000 Youtube tutorials specified this. My controller is also recognized in Steam, but when I add a game that is not Steam like warzone and start it again nothing happens. Help!

PS: If I go to General in the Warzone settings and want to activate my controller there, this is blocked with a padlock.

Controller is on green, Warzone added, heel set, no result

And do you keep the x360ce software running all the time?
