Elgato connect despite 2 screens?

I want to know if I could stream with an elgato hd60s (+) … I have 2 screens. Screen 1. And screen 2. Screen 2. Is ONLY connected to the PC via HDMI and screen 1 is via DVI s.PC and hdmi s.der ps4 … So I could still with the elgato the ps4 image transferred to the pc to stream live about OBS?

The Elgato is switched between the console and the PC so that the PC can pick up the signal of the PS4 & you can have it displayed in, for example, OBS.
