Fifa 21 PS4 disc is not found directly?

I got the Fifa 21 ps4 disc in October with an upgrade to the ps5. Then on the ps5 when I start the console it says disc is not found (see picture). I always have to take the CD out of the console and put it back in again. Is there any method to fix this?

Have you installed any firmware update for the PS5? For me this also happened in some games at the beginning, but I haven't had the problem for a while.

Yes, it says that I have the latest version of the system software.
