Sony Bravia ps4?

So have a ps4 and a Bravia sony as a TV (a bit older). Everything is plugged in. The TV works fine on ps4, but when I go to the TV on cable, it somehow doesn't work even though the hdmi cable is plugged in anyway. Where is the problem. Have already tried everyone else av1 av2 etc

Also have the Bravia and a Ps4. So I would reset the television to the factory settings.
