Ps4 controller problem?

I have now for about 2 1/2 years, the ps4 and also the first version of the controler and now I notice that my controler shooters in particular with the L3 stick is not delayed or self-reacting. This is really annoying and disturbs the game flow. Is that the old version and it works with the new controlern or where is the problem?

Well, I think the controller is just broken. But most of them are a guarantee, so if you still have the receipt, you could get a new one. Anstonsten buy you a new one
