I wanted to turn on Youtube but then it came and I didn't do anything. I didn't do parental controls. Everything worked yesterday and not anymore.

You or your parents have set a child lock on your Ps4 so that you are not allowed to access YouTube.

Oh, then go to parental controls then Ps4 system restrictions and then try it out.
