Old Gta5 account on new PS4 there?

I had a Gta5 account on PS4 and the game on disc. Lately I sold the PS4 and my disc and want to put on a Sp4 again, I just want to know that when I buy a new PS4 or a used one and a new Gta5 disc or a used one, my account is still there when I log into the register new PS4 with my old Psn account.
