Humming on the headset ps4?

Whenever I go to a party and listen to my level there's always such a humming noise when I touch the landing cable from the controller it is gone and if I touch the cover and then the ps4 on top it is also gone can someone tell me what that is it is annoying animal because my friends have it too and we have different headsets

Just drop the level

It stays anyway and if I make it quieter, the others can't hear me anymore
