For 3 weeks it has been like this for me when I'm in the party with my friends on Ps4 and I go to the kitchen with my controller. Then my friends and I lie there too, or they can't get me properly and that's the kitchen is 6-8 m away from my Ps4. My brother is like that, he goes 10-20 m and he hears it anyway, he also has the same Ps4 as I do. I don't understand what's going on, I've tried everything but it just doesn't help.

Ran helps tremendously to tell your friends that you are gone. After that, put the controller away for a moment, go to the kitchen to do your job, and then go back to the controller and tell your friends you're back.
It could simply be because your controller may have slight damage or signs of wear that reduce the range.
