Ps4 lies despite good download and upload?

Have changed to 1000 mbits from Unitymedia / Vodafone for about 2-3 months and have had severe problems with my ps4 since then. The voices of my friends are hanging in the party and my voice apparently also as they told me. I was lying around in warzone all the time and being teleported around. I checked my connection I have a powerline connection directly from the socket. 44.8 mbits download and 2.3 mbits upload arrive. My NAT type is 2 and I don't understand why it is lying down even though I should have a stable connection…

Would be happy if you could give me tips or I would not be the only one with the problems…

I guess that's because of Unitymedia / Vodafone. I don't have it myself, but all friends who have it complain all the time. They always have lags.
