I have the following problem with my PS4 Pro:
I bought the PS4 in January and the problem has occurred 3 times, 2 of them within the last 2 weeks.
While I'm in the menu, in the library, etc. On the way, the controller disconnects from the PS4 and the console hangs up. The controller does not reconnect and only glows white.
The console also does not react to the power button, which is why it can't be switched off. Only by pressing the power button for a longer time does it go into sleep mode, which is useless because the problem still exists after rebooting.
I've always had to disconnect them from the power grid, which in the long term does not seem like a good solution for me, because of my many data + a locked external hard drive that could be damaged.
Did anyone have the same problem with you and maybe know how to fix it?
The console is far enough away from the wall and stands free on a table, so it should not be overheating.
So it can't be normal if that has already come on 3x. Had to do it now synonymous not a tip, but maybe you can exchange it? Greeting
Hmm
Does this happen even if the external is not connected?
Do you have the latest firmware on it?
Maybe it is a software problem, if necessary you have to reinstall the ps4.
