Is it possible to change the street names of cities skyline?

I bought the ps4 game cities skyline and my question is:

is it possible to change the street names of cities skyline?

You have to click on the streets name and then a window will open where you will see the name and click on it. Then you can enter the name and then (very importantly) press Enter then you can close the window!

All you have to do is click on the name of the street and then on the name in the dialogue window. Now enter the desired name and confirm.
