Why is battelfield not working for 3 days?

I play on the ps4 and battelfield 5 has stopped working for me for 3 days. It just doesn't connect to a sever, the map just loads infinitely. It can't be because of the CD because I bought it from the playstation store

Is there no status website? Maybe it could be the server. Otherwise, try reinstalling the game even if it's not nice.
