Psn spell for a month? Is the first day included?

I was banned from Psn on April 15th, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. For 30 days. My question is whether the day you receive the mail, that you were banned, counts as the first day mentioned or not. Because the email only says: The suspension lasts 30 days and will be lifted on. So there's no date.

You can use your psn again tomorrow on May 15th, 2020 at 15:30.
