I have had some connection problems with my PS4 Pro for many weeks. For example, when I play GTA5 online, I get kicked out of the game and says: Disconnected from PSN or connection error. And when I'm in the party, I get kicked and there's no longer in the party because of network errors. When I do an Internet test it says: The router used does not support IP fragmentation or anything. It usually helps if NO / 2 to 4 devices are not connected to the Wi-Fi. What can I do about it?

Your internet seems to be quite good there's something wrong with your Ps4. A Ps4 has a Wi-Fi receiver like a cell phone. Probably the defect. Best solution try LAN cable 👍
Is that a guarantee reason?
Does it bring anything to reset the router and the PS4?
