Borderlands 3 is not running smoothly (ps4 standard) what can I do is anyone here who is running smoothly?

No, there's not much you can do about that. The PS4 hardware is too bad for that.

I think you can't do much there, 30FPS don't look that great and with newer games the normal 4 isn't that easy anyway
