I bought a ps4 controller 3 months ago which has a jamming x button and therefore did not work. I then handed it over to Müller and got a new one. Since I'm the biggest lucky guy on earth, the controller I got had a left stick that moved by itself. Now my question is whether I can exchange the controller without worry?
Yes you can
You can, but you can also try the reset button on the controller. There's a small hole in the back where you can push in with a needle for 2-3 seconds.
Maybe you can use it to fix the problem for now.
Please let me know if it works because you will use it to reset the controller settings on the board.
