Playstation Network functions not available?

I'm currently playing a game on the Playstation that I can only play offline, because if I want to play online it says

"playstation network features of this application are not available due to age restrictions."

and this is also the case with a few other games. Can you tell me what I have to do, e.g. Maybe turn off the child lock or change the family manager or change the age and how I can do it all.
