Fortnite settings do not work in the game! Why?

I wanted to know something I (PS4) fortnite player have set that I should be on frame rates and vibrations but it is not done in the game so I see the frame rates and my controller does not vibrate. Can someone help me?

I personally also had the problem. But I'm a PC player. What I did was, I reset all my tab settings and then activated my desired things. After that I left Fortnite and restarted my PC. After that everything went wonderfully.
