Ps4 stream too high ping?

I would like to stream but I permanently have a very high ping and I have already set the Google Server DNS and tried a lot, does anyone have a solution that I can stream with a good ping?

Experience according to if your line is not there, the google dns bring you nothing what you have for ne line and you play over lan cable or Wi-Fi

If you only have a 16k line then the google server won't do you any good. The best thing is to change the line to 50k or more then you have no high ping.
