Can I deregister a master account from the PS4?

Hi, my dad created a main account with my Ps4 so he can control everything I do. I have z. B. The last time he downloaded Darwin Project and he apparently got an email about it, because after that he was angry that I downloaded such a "brutal" game (I'm 16 ?!)

Now my question: Can I somehow deregister him from the ps4 so that he no longer receives emails?

I've also created a second main account where I'm just 18. Can he also see everything that I do or does that only apply to the sub-accounts? So if I download what on the main account can he see it?

Please no answers that he only means well and such.

You can log out in the settings via the main account, switch off email or register a new account. For every action of this kind, your father will receive a confirmation message by email. That's why I would leave it.
