Is it possible to synchronize sensitivities with the PS4?

Is there a way sync the target sensitivity in the various games on the Playstation 4? Similar to the PC, where there are programs that calculate the ingame sensitivity. As an example, Apex Legend and Rainbow Six Siege.

Until now, I always have to get used to sensitivity again when I switch between games.
