Play Call of Duty Warzone online for free on PS4 without PlayStation Plus?

I would like to know if I buy myself in the Warzone ps store for 0.25 euro, I can play it online without any additional costs (playstation plus eg) . Only with an internet connection.

I don't think you need Playstation + for that, since it's actually a free game and you don't need Playstation + for free games (Fortnite example). The 25 cents only have to be paid to be able to prove that you are 18 years old.
