Ps4 friends not listening to video?

I hear or in the video you can't hear my friends. They have all been set to be heard, but for me the audio settings only include microphone audio in video clips. Actually there should be three things to check off, but I only have that.

There's an option in the party setting that allows DU to hear others in your videos. Both others have to have their voice on parts, and you also have to activate them to allow them.
