Is the crossplay of ps3 and ps4 possible (GTA 5)?

No it's not possible. If it really worked for your sister, it was definitely a long time ago. R * does not do it alone, because on the PS3 Mod menus are possible and thus all PS3 servers are garbed. Would be stupid if they then destroy the PS4 server.
