New TV with Dolby Atmos: Receiver needed?

I plan to buy a new TV, the LG Oled 65C9. I would like to have a Dolby Atmos soundbar, e.g. Following: Samsumg HW-Q90R. Can you recommend this combination? I would also like to connect a Playstation and an AppleTV. How does it work with the connections? Come all HDMI cables (console & AppleTV) in the TV and a cable in the Sounbar? Or does it need a receiver for this, so that works with the Atmos sound?

First of all: I know that there are much better sound systems with Atmos, but I do not want to build a Home Cinema with large speakers, etc., but a simple, space and cost-efficient solution, but still makes a difference to the built-in TV speakers

The soundbar has 3 HDMI ports, an HDMI ARC input, you can connect 2 devices via HDMI directly to the soundbar and connect the TV via HDMI ARC with the soundbar, that would be the best connection.

The soundbar is already very good

same with the TV

a receiver is not necessary in the, has tuners for all reception routes
