I have a question. I recently ordered the Bluray Box from Naruto on Amazon. The box arrived at me 3 days ago and of course I was as happy as Bolle! Until then, all is well and good. I'm a big Naruto fan and of course I wanted to watch the first season immediately. (Also said; I have a Samsung player and it plays DVD and Bluray). When I wanted to watch the first episode, the first episode only ran for a few seconds and then nothing went on anymore, suddenly there was a still picture! I tried several times and it kept stopping in the same place. Then I made the Bluray in my Playstation 4 and, strangely, it worked! Now I wonder if it is because my PS4 is connected to the Internet and my DVD / Bluray player is not?! Or maybe in the region? Because the Naruto Bluray box says on the back, only for REGION B players, whatever that means?! I also looked up at the back of my DVD player and there's son B sign. So I think it should be a Region B player right?! Maybe someone can help me with what it is. Of course I can also play the DVDs on my PS4, but the Ps4 should only be for gaming!

You could try exchanging it. I don't know why, but I also have a few DVDs here that have problems on my BD player but run perfectly on my laptop
Many thanks for the answer. I had only considered whether it could be due to my DVD / Bluray player, because it works on the PS4. And as I said: The DVD box only says it for Region B players. And on my player there's a B character! Now I don't know what it is. Whether it's really because of the DVD's or my player?! There were no scratches on it! I can try swapping and if it is the same with the next box, I have to try a new DVD player. Maybe it is actually because my DVD player is not connected to my internet or has it nothing to do with it?!
It can't be because of the region ^^ If it were the wrong region, it should be stated at the start (or shortly after) that the DVD can't be played on your player. You could connect it to the internet and see if there's an update (I had never thought of that myself ^^)
