I think I got my Samsung BluRay player BD-J4500R in 2016 and now my new DvD has been delivered to me (Descendants 3). And my BluRay player doesn't recognize it, it throws it out again. Then I tried it on my brother's XBox and it worked. Why is that not possible with my BluRay player?
Possibly copy protection, which can't be recognized or read by the device, or the drive is misaligned or no longer compatible.
