Something really stupid happened to me today! I bought two new games for the PlayStation at the MediaMarkt today (price: 47.98 euro). When I got home, I unpacked and played one of the games. Then I wanted to have a look at the PSN Store and only then saw that exactly the two games I bought were available as a bundle (14.99 euro) … I probably won't be able to exchange the game anymore? If so, please contact me as soon as possible 🙏 Thank you!

As soon as you have unsealed the software (= opened), the exchange is definitely over. Before that, goodwill might be possible, or if you bought it online and picked it up there, resignation within 14 days would, as far as I know, be valid for door shops and online. But with software, this only applies until the packaging has been opened - regardless of whether you played it or just wanted to read the instructions, etc.
