Ps4 ban, no email?

I have a Ps4 ban beckommeb I'm still wondering why that happened. I wrote directly to the ps4 mail, I have no email or anything else, so I'll ask you, because I'm still very young (13) and haven't done anything, however offended or whatever else you would have done

I don't believe you kept to the user agreement - you probably offended someone. The person then reported you like someone without a hobby. Just wait a few days and if still nothing has happened, call support.
