Is The Last of Us Part 2 confirmed for Ps5 or is it only backwards compatible?

I would very much like to play the game again at 4k and 120fps. Unfortunately you can't play this on the PC, but it is understandable. I love the game and would like to enjoy it again, but this time a lot smoother and with an improved look. I know that a multiplayer game could be released soon, but did Naughty Dog or Sony say anything about whether the game will come again for Ps5? Or whether you can only play the game backwards compatible?

maybe later you can play on the pc with ps now

I don't want to play the exact same game, but the game in better shape. Otherwise I could play it directly on Ps4.
