Does the moon lord exist on the ps4 terraria?

I play terraria on the ps4 and have just defeated the three mechanical bosses, I recently played the game (3 months) on the pc and wanted to ask whether the ps4 also features the moon lord and the four endgame armor with the pillars or not, if not, can someone please explain to me how things will continue on the ps4 after the three mechanical bosses and what endgame armor and weapons are available

I have no idea which version the PS4 version of Terraria is on, but if it's 1.3 or higher: Yes, there's. But the two new bosses from 1.4 are not yet on consoles.
