I currently have a lot of games in my Ps4 library. As you may know, these are not yet downloaded. When I had PsPlus, I stored it there. However, I no longer have PsPlus. If I hollow PsPlus again, can I download all of them for free?

That's how it should be.

Afaik has a PS Plus gap of 6 months.

Yes you can, but when your psPlus expires again there's a lock before the game
